Creating a Bivariate Percentage Table with Ordinal Level Variables, Using SPSS

Proceed as in Activity 14.3, but this time choose as your dependent variable "conlegis," which is the level of confidence the respondent has in Congress with values "great deal," "only some," and "hardly any." For your independent variable, use "agequart," respondents grouped by the following age categories: 18-32, 33-43, 44-57, and 58 and older. Because you have ordinal-level data, have SPSS calculate a gamma instead of a lambda statistic, as you did in the previous exercise.
