Columbia Guide to Online Style: MLA-Style Citations of Electronic
Sources
Janice Walker from the University of South Florida designed
what has become the authoritative guide to citing electronic
sources. Approved by the Alliance for Computers and Writing,
it includes citation guidelines for WWW documents as well as for
information found in email, Listserv, and newsgroup postings.
