If you purchased a Houghton Mifflin product from a source other than Houghton Mifflin, please contact the point of purchase for their specific returns policy. If your made your purchase directly from Hougton Mifflin, please follow the procedure below.
You may return products within one month of the invoice date if the product is in new, unmarked, unused and saleable condition. Opened shrink-wrapped packages are non-returnable. To ensure proper and timely crediting to your credit card account, please include a packing slip with your return that indicates your name, address, order number, ISBN and quantity of the product and reason for return. When making a return, you are responsible for all transportation costs incurred. Please keep a record of your shipping company's tracking number for your parcel. Houghton Mifflin is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.
