You may already have begun working with the Writing Projects at the end of Chapters 2-12 in your text. This web-based version supplies additional helpful tips for completing each project. They are not meant to replace using the textbook; you should keep your text open while you work on the projects. Instead, the tips give you some friendly encouragement as you work through the steps and might help you view the project in a new way. At key points in the writing process, you will find writing boxes where you can try out ideas for yourself or send ideas to a classmate or the instructor for their response.
