Orthopedic/Other Health Impairments

Individuals with orthopedic impairments exhibit impairments caused by congenital anomalies, disease, or other causes such as cerebral palsy or amputations. Individuals with other health impairments are those who have chronic health problems, such as heart conditions, tuberculosis, rheumatic fever, asthma, hemophilia, epilepsy, leukemia or diabetes.
