The Educational Resources Information Center (ERIC) is a national information network of education information from all sources.  Search the ERIC Database to find education-related journal articles, research reports, curriculum and teaching guides, conference papers, books, and more. Or, visit the ERIC Clearinghouses' content-rich Web sites for brief and in-depth publications, virtual libraries, directories, and links to other resources in their areas of subject expertise. Browse ERIC Resources to explore more than 2,400 ERIC Digests on current topics, and link to resources for parents, a conference calendar, an online question-answering service, and other resources.

AskERIC
AskERIC is a personalized Internet-based service providing education information to teachers, librarians, counselors, administrators, parents, and anyone interested in education throughout the United States and the world. Need to know the latest information on special education, curriculum development or other education topics? Just AskERIC! When you submit your education question to AskERIC Q&A, you'll receive a personal e-mail response within two business days from one of the network information specialists in the ERIC system. You will receive a list of ERIC database citations that deal with your topic and will also refer you to other Internet resources for additional information. Additionally, The AskERIC Lesson Plan Collection contains more than 2000 unique lesson plans which have been written and submitted to AskERIC by teachers from all over the United States.

International Reading Association
The International Reading Association (IRA) provides resources for teachers, reading specialists, tutors, and others concerned about literacy. Topics range from performance-based assessment to classroom discussion strategies, integrated instruction, motivation for reading, and teaching English as a Second Language. International Society for Technology in Education
The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) helps K–12 teachers and administrators share effective methods for enhancing student learning through the use of new classroom technologies. The Web site offers information about publications as well as conferences and workshops.

National Council of Teachers of English
The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) is devoted to improving the teaching of English and the language arts at all levels. NCTE publishes a member newspaper, three monthly journals, and ten quarterlies. It also publishes position papers, teaching ideas, and other documents on professional concerns such as professional standards. Explore the Web site to learn more.
