Identify a stressor that exists in your life. Think about the physical and emotional ways this stressor affects you. In your response, confirm that you have identified a specific stressor. If you wish, you may name the stressor and discuss its effects on you. (Optional)

Identify specific techniques discussed in Chapter 5 that you could use to deal with your stressor more effectively. Explain each technique in your own words and tell how you will use it.
