Introduction

This application will assist you in developing and validating a weighted application blank (WAB). WAB development and validation is discussed in Chapter 8 of Fisher, Schoenfeldt, and Shaw, Human Resource Management. Review this material in your text before continuing. You will use the following worksheets to build a WAB model by computing WAB weights for your development sample. Then, you will apply those weights to a holdout sample, compute WAB scores, and validate your WAB model via a correlational approach.
